Alumina Grinding Media
The distinctive features of the microcrystalline alumina grinding media produced by Pingxiang Hualian lie that they possess high strength, high density and low attrition loss. They are suitable for both dry and wet grinding processes. Ceramic grinding media are mainly applied for ball mills, agitators, vibro-mills and sand-mille etc. They are well received in industries of architectural ceramics, sanitary wares, enamels, zirconium silicate, kaoline, feldspar, refractories, urea-formaldehyde molding powder, paints, coating, etc.
Our company can provide two different kinds of alumina wear resistant balls formed by isostatic pressing procedure or automatic rolling procedure in accordance with customer 's requirements.
Size range of the isostatic pressed balls: Ø30mm-Ø60mm
Size range of the rolled balls: Ø1mm-Ø30mm
