HL302 Zinc Oxide Desulfurization Catalyst

HL302 desulfurization catalyst uses active zinc oxide as main catalyst and manganese oxide as well as magnesium oxide as promoters, providing excellent hydrogen sulfide removal performance. Under normal temperature, the sulfur removal catalyst still has high desulfurization activity and achieves a sulfur removal rate of 99.5%.

The zinc oxide desulfurization catalyst is mainly applied in synthesis ammonia factories that make use of semi-water gas as raw material. H2S and active organic sulfur are removed. It also finds an application in coke oven gas, natural gas and oil field gas.

HL306 Zinc Oxide Desulfurization Catalyst

HL306 catalyst is widely applied in the purification and manufacture of hydrogen, synthesis ammonia, synthetic alcohol and organic chemical products. It not only reduces the H2S content in raw material to less than 0.05ppm but also shows strong conversion and absorption capacity of COS, CS2 and more. Other advantages include high low-temperature activity, high strength, low attrition and hydrolytic resistance.

HL316 Zinc Oxide Desulfurization Catalyst

Besides above mentioned advantages of HL 306 catalyst, HL 316 desulfurization catalyst is resistant to temperature as high as 500℃.

HL328 Zinc Oxide Desulfurization Catalyst

HL328 chemical catalyst is a newly developed product and has a wide temperature range of 200-400℃. Undergoing series of improvement and updates, this type of sulfur removal catalyst remains good desulfurization capacity and enjoys better physical properties, including higher strength, lower attrition, better hydrolytic resistance, lower pressure drop and large mass transfer area.

A wide application of this catalyst is found in removing hydrogen sulfide from natural gas, oil field gas, refinery gas, coke oven gas and naphtha. For oil materials with complex-structure organic sulfides, the desulfurization catalyst can be matched with hydrogenation catalyst, jointly controlling the sulfur content to below 0.1 ppm.
